Use:
It’s suitable for the granule remaking of old ABS plastics or the mixed-color-remaking of engineering plastics. Mainly applied to processing ABS plastic sheet,pipes,electrical -crusts or humpers etc.
Characteristics:
1. Both the screw and cylinder adopt 38CRMOAL alloy steel, processed by nitrogen , the hardness is hith and strong , durable in use and able to bear corrosion . 2. The die head equipped with electrical or hydraulic press device,it will be more effective. 3. Whole sets adopt high-technical temperature –controlled device . The quality of finished products will be more ensured. 4. The main electromotor use timing set , all kinds of plastics can be applicable .1.
