The main strong points:
1. The GY5 is a kind of economical Production Line. It needs less production area and investment.2. GY5A Production Line can carry out continuously automatic production & labour saving. 3. The output of the new cooking extruder & vermicelli extruder is 2~4 times the output of the traditional extruder.4. There are multi layers aging machine & hanging aging machine of the GY5A Production Line. It can carry out much longer continuously aging. 5. The new Vermicelli separator gets more efficiency by two dimensions rubbing of vermicelli while running. 6. Noodle cake auto press shaper is an original product of kennyway. It is possible to pack the noodle cake by automatic packing machine after press shaping.
The Flow Chart:
rice→elevating by jet flow→sand separating→rice washing & soaking by jet flow→dehydrating→quantitative feeding→mixing with water & accessory material→elevating→dough storage→auto quantitative feeding→cooking extruding→vermicelli extruding→continuously aging by multi-layers conveying→auto continuously hanging aging→auto continuously separating for vermicelli→auto washing for vermicelli→dehydrating & conveying→noodle weighing by manual operation→auto press shaping→auto continuously drying→productNote:There are no "auto continuously hanging aging" in the Flow Chart of GY5 Production Line.
